Delivery Policy
We are committed to ensuring your wine experience is as enjoyable as possible and this includes an easy, hassle-free delivery!
Enjoy free delivery service for purchases Php2,000.00 and above. A delivery fee will be charged for purchases below Php2,000.00. Delivery fee varies per location. Please see below for our delivery coverage and corresponding fee. If you are unsure whether we deliver in your area, please call us at 032 266 6888.
Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday only, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Cebu City – within 24 hours after order confirmation
Mandaue City – within 24 hours after order confirmation
Lapu-Lapu City – Tuesday and Friday only
*No deliveries during weekends and holidays.
*Please show our delivery guy your ID upon delivery.
Cut-off time for orders is 2:00 pm on any business day. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day. An email notification will be sent to you for order confirmation, order processing and delivery confirmation.
Special Note
Bibendum Wines cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if it is not received the first time it was delivered so it is very important to inform us ahead if you wish to specify a certain time for the delivery. If you will not be available to receive the order at the time it will be delivered, your authorized representative can receive the order upon showing an authorization letter with your ID. When no one is available at the time your order has been delivered, the wine/s may be held back to us. Once held, we will contact you and ask for the best time to deliver. Bibendum Wines will only attempt to deliver twice, afterwhich we will tag the sale CLOSED and SUCCESSFUL whether or not you have received the ordered wine’s.
Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! It is our goal to deliver your product quickly and in excellent condition.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us at sales@bibendumwines.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
It is important to remember that your receipt or invoice will be required for any return or credit.
No returns will be accepted and no credits will be provided after 30 days of the delivery date regardless of any other circumstance.
In the event your order is damaged while being delivered to you, please contact us immediately for a replacement. We may require you to return the damaged (unopened) bottles to us for quality control information.
While all wine sold is guaranteed to be good, sometimes a lot can have a bad wine. In the event you do experience a problem with the quality/taste of our wines, please contact us for a replacement within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your concern along with your name, invoice number, and a phone number and time we can reach you. We may require you to return the bad wine to us for quality control information.
