The Chateau La Raze Beauvallet 2012 is a Cru Bourgeois Médoc wine located on the left bank of Bordeaux which is characterized by limestone soils which give wines a beautiful structure and a great power. The 2012 vintage was a ripe vintage with fine and elegant tannins which are supple and not too heavy. A nicely balanced wine.
The Château La Raze Beauvallet reveals a beautiful crimson red color. Its aroma offers beautiful notes of blackcurrant and gingerbread. On the palate, it is smooth and supple.
Château La Raze Beauvallet has been classified Cru Bourgeois for over 60 years.
Gilbert & Gaillard:
Robe rubis légèrement évolué. Nez de petits fruits rouges mûrs, belle fraîcheur. La bouche est solidement charpentée, le fruit est bien présent, mûr sans excès. La finale est plus ferme et incitera à le boire sans trop attendre.
Translation: Slightly evolved ruby color. Aromas of ripe red berries, lovely freshness. The palate is solidly structured, the fruit is very present, ripe without excess. The finish is firmer and encourages you to drink it without waiting too long.
The aroma of wine is surprisingly strong, but at the same time, has a balanced flavor with notes of tart currant and other black berries and hints of ginger. The wine has an intense, complex and structured taste. It has a perfectly balance velvety structure with nicely developed fruit tones.
Color: silky almost black color, brilliant and dense
Aroma: expressive of ripe black fruits with woody notes
Taste: the tannins are supple and round with an elegant finish
The rich, bright aroma of this wine is formed by a harmonious combination of currant, blackberry, cherry and plum, to which are added notes of caramel, gingerbread, berry jam.
The dense, velvety taste of the wine is filled with fruit and berry tones, expressive acidity, round tannins and ends with a long, persistent aftertaste.
