“Our Columbia Valley Riesling is a blend of Riesling from throughout Washington’s Columbia Valley. The wine offers crisp apple aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. This is our everyday Riesling that is a pleasure to drink and easy to match with a variety of foods.

This versatile and flavorful wine would be enjoyable on its own or with food. Try it with light pasta and rice dishes, pork, grilled fish, and a wide array of cheese.”

Washington – A dry, crisp, refreshing style of Riesling with beautiful fruit flavors, crisp acidity and an elegant finish. Great with spicy dishes. Firm Yakima Valley fruits is the backbone here, tart and spicy, with bright flavors of pear and apple. This is an incredibly versatile food wine and my favorite with oysters, crab, scallops, mild cheeses, Asian dishes and Indian curries.

The winemaker’s goal is to craft a refreshing, flavoursome, medium-dry Riesling vintage after vintage, and this is no exception. The wine offers crisp apple flavours with subtle mineral notes; an everyday Riesling that is an absolute pleasure to drink on its own or with a wide variety of foods.

    “From Chateau Ste. Michelle, a great value Riesling. Floral with lemon-lime citrus aromas on the nose. Off-dry, medium-bodied and mouth-watering with citrus, flinty and bitter almond flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy with mild curries and spicy crab cakes.
