A Prestigious Appellation:
Margaux is certainly the most famous appellation of the Médoc. Located on the banks of the Gironde estuary, protected from the oceanic winds by the forest massif, the vineyard rests on a clayey-silty limestone subsoil and benefits from exceptional climatic conditions: a good sunshine, a mild winter and a dry summer… ideal conditions to produce great wines.
Both light and powerful, this wine is very delicate with fruity aromas enhanced by woody, roasted and licorice notes.
