Gamay, superstar grape of Beaujolais, is soft, silky and – similar to Pinot Noir – a very happy dinner companion. It is fruity and delicate.

Offering up delicate cherry/black raspberry aromas, it delivers a lush and well-rounded palate of red cherry and violet, framed by silky tannins and subtle earthy notes.

Food/Wine Pairing:
Goes well with beef, red pasta, Chicken and lechon, a real match here. Serve slightly chilled around 15-16 degrees.
